TWO BEDROOMS, LIVING ROOM, FORMAL DINING ROOM, EAT IN KITCHEN, 2 BATHS
Nightly - 3 night minimum $175-$225 per night
Weekly - 7 night minimum $1185-$1400 per week
Monthly - Inquire about rates:
4 persons maximum; additional occupants $30-$50 per night.
DEPOSIT
25% deposit required with reservation. Pay in full via Pay Pal prior to arrival. Receive your personal key code. Arrive and enter at your convenience, anytime after check in time.
CANCELLATION
100% refundable one month before reservation date; 75% refundable within three weeks of arrival date; 50% refundable within two weeks of arrival date. Pay Pal Fees are not refundable.
